Puppy yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the presence of puppies. You move through your practice while puppies interact naturally around you, creating a grounding experience that calms both body and mind. It's yoga the way it was meant to feel.
No experience necessary. Our classes welcome everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The puppies don't care about your downward dog, and neither do we. You'll move at your own pace.
Every puppy in our care is healthy, vaccinated, and socialized. We work with trusted breeders and rescues who share our commitment to animal welfare. Your peace of mind matters as much as theirs.
Most puppy yoga classes run for 60 minutes, giving you time to settle in, move through poses, and simply be present with the puppies. Private events can be customized to fit your schedule.
Absolutely. We host private puppy events for birthdays, celebrations, team building, and special occasions. Head to our Private Puppy Events page to start planning something unforgettable.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, just like regular yoga. Puppies don't judge your outfit, but they do appreciate when you're ready to get down on the floor with them.
We understand life happens. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Less notice than that and we'll work with you on rescheduling. Check your booking confirmation for specific details.
